lu' hotel surpassed my previous carbonia stay with excellent customer service, modern facilities, and a fabulous restaurant. the upgraded room was spacious with a large balcony. breakfast and dinner had a great selection, exceeding expectations. staff were pleasant and helpful, providing recommendations. the gym was well-equipped, just regret not using it.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for must-see attractions. The meals at the hotel were varied and delicious. The facilities were EXCELLENT, including a first-class air conditioning system and a lovely swimming pool surrounded by a garden. The hotel also offered a range of services and amenities, such as on-site parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here.

They provided us with a map and gave us invaluable advice on the best beaches and attractions to visit. The location of this place is also fantastic, with shopping malls and the city centre nearby. And even though the hotel is a bit of a drive from the beaches, it's worth it for the luxurious and comfortable stay you'll have here.

We stayed here for a weekend and the breakfast was quite good, they have a wide variety of options available. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. We also liked the fact that it was located close to the train station, which made getting around town much easier.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The walls were quite thin, and we could hear the guests in the neighboring rooms clearly throughout the night.

The staff were very welcoming and our room was lovely. The spa was a must-try. The food, especially the swordfish, was outstanding.
